1. About VIE Coaching Line

VIE Coaching Line provides professional coaching services for personal and professional development. These terms apply to coaching services booked or purchased from VIE Coaching Line. 2. Coaching Services

The scope, objectives, format, number, and duration of sessions are agreed upon with the Client before or at the start of the engagement. Coaching is a collaborative developmental process. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Booking, Contract, Fees & Payment

A coaching contract is formed when the Client accepts a written proposal, package, quotation or Coaching Agreement, or expressly books and accepts the relevant service. Prices, payment method, package duration and included sessions are stated in the applicable proposal, booking page, package description or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in euros. Invoices and payment documentation are issued as required by applicable Austrian law.

4. Appointments, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments are arranged by mutual agreement or through an online booking system. The Client is responsible for providing accurate contact details and attending at the agreed time. At least 48 hours' notice should be given for cancellation or rescheduling wherever reasonably possible. Shorter notice may be charged according to the applicable Coaching Agreement or package terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If VIE Coaching Line needs to cancel or reschedule, it will offer an alternative appointment as soon as reasonably possible. Where a legally required refund applies, it will be provided.

5. Termination, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Either party may terminate an ongoing coaching relationship in accordance with the applicable Coaching Agreement. Refunds for prepaid services not provided will be governed by the applicable package terms and by mandatory Austrian/EU consumer law. When a statutory consumer withdrawal right applies, VIE Coaching Line will provide the required information and, where applicable, the withdrawal form. If services begin during the withdrawal period at the Client's express request, the Coach will obtain any legally required acknowledgment. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Client & Coach Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary information for administration, attend sessions as agreed, and participate actively. The Client remains responsible for personal decisions, actions, and outcomes. VIE Coaching Line provides services with reasonable care and professional skill, maintains appropriate professional boundaries, and does not guarantee any personal, professional, or financial result.

7. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an important part of the coaching relationship. Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law or where a lawful exception applies, including circumstances involving a serious risk of harm.

8. Online Platforms & Recordings

Online sessions may use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another platform communicated to the Client. The Client is responsible for a suitable internet connection and a private environment. Sessions are not normally recorded. If recording is necessary, the Client and VIE Coaching Line must agree in advance, and the applicable legal requirements will be addressed before recording.

9. Intellectual Property & Liability

Unless otherwise agreed, worksheets, exercises, program materials, branding, methodologies, and other materials remain the intellectual property of VIE Coaching Line or the relevant rights holder. The Client receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use them for their own coaching and development. Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law. Subject to mandatory law, the Client remains responsible for decisions and actions resulting from coaching, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

10. Technical Interruptions, Complaints & Governing Law

VIE Coaching Line is not responsible for delays or an inability to provide a session caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where appropriate, an alternative appointment will be arranged. Clients are encouraged to raise concerns directly with VIE Coaching Line. Statutory complaint and dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by mandatory Austrian and EU rules. For Austrian business relationships, Austrian law may be agreed upon to the extent legally permitted.
